The General Scholarship Endowment Fund was established in 1985. Designated contributions are added to the Fund’s principal, managed by an investment trustee. The profits of this Fund are used solely for scholarships to Trinity Lutheran School students. A Scholarship Committee awards the financial aid based on family need.
At Trinity Lutheran School, there are additional endowment accounts established by individuals, families, or estates and whose profits are also used for financial aid. If you are interested in establishing such an account in your family name, please tell us and we will be happy to advise you of the process.
In the past 25 years, through the school year of 2013/14, over $297,000 has been distributed in financial aid to TLS students from these funds. Trinity Lutheran Church and School is grateful to the generous people who have established the endowments and to all contributors who ensure this financial assistance to our students.
